Biography
David is a Founding Director of Vectos (now part of SLR) with more than 30 years’ experience providing strategic advice to the development industry.
His extensive experience spans mixed-use schemes, distribution warehousing, retail, residential and energy proposals. David also has considerable expertise in presenting evidence at public inquiries and has provided policy advice to central and local government. His key clients include Berkeley Group, EDF, Land Securities, Hammerson, Prologis and Ikea.
