Biography
Matt is a Director based in Cardiff with 25 years’ experience in the highways and transportation industry, working for both public and private sector clients. He provides specialist transportation advice to those seeking planning consent on a variety of commercial, retail and residential developments.
He has extensive experience in advising developers and housebuilders on promoting strategic sites, outlining applications and getting involved in more detailed Reserved Matters applications for implementation. In the energy sector, Matt provides specialist advice for onshore wind projects and more recently has advised on transport matters in relation to education facilities.
Matt holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) degree in Civil Engineering and is a member the Chartered Institution of Highways & Transportation (CIHT) and the National Infrastructure Planning Association.
